Still practicing. Haven't animate fighting move for a month. But in the beginning I'm not really good, so doesn't really matter. First time making defensive reaction.

Go on youtube and study videos of people fighting. The thing about reactions is that you need the guy to react AND become effected by the force that's being applied to him. The hand needs to just go back more when it get's smacked during the block.
