I dunno man, I'm pretty wishy-washy on this issue. He can remake the thread when he has 100% original content and there's no controversy surrounding his legitimacy. Other than that, it's not like I'm going to ban the guy.

To my knowledge stealing animation is an offense.
Then again I don't believe he ever said that it was his animation, other than he had his name in the animation...

if he made a thread just for that one animation saying he made it, then it would be clear to infract + bin, but it was just an addition to his overly-complicated thread, so I dunno. Since he also contributes his own stuff, I don't know what good a ban would do. An infraction would make more sense... but he's clearly already ashamed and shit, plus reputation loss.

Did one of you guys hard-delete the report, or did it just not come through properly?
