All my images are bad quality on flash 8, how do i get it better?

If you're talking about your artwork, practice makes perfect. There are also a few drawing tutorials here which might help.

Navigate to File > Publish Settings. Select the "Flash" tab and increase the .jpeg quality. That will slightly improve the image quality. Everything else depends on your ability to illustrate.
