Hard to critique. On top of what some others have mentioned, I suggest drawing more frames to help show the movements better. Also make sure to keep the attacker's body-weight moving forward, he's moving pretty awkwardly for those punches.
The punches were fast though! Which is good, since that's what you were going for, right? :3

It's not bad. The reactions and the fluidity are both well done, but what I'm concerned about is that last movement. How exactly Green got shoved into the ground is beyond me, as the motion from him being turned upside-down is way too fast. Also, that last sound effect doesn't really fit.... sounds more like a muffled gunshot.

But still, very well done! :D
