Tau [Even Rogers (Pronounced Ehv-in)]
Alignment: Lawful good, some see him as evil because of the instances that his powers go out of control, he regrets this and always tries to help others see him for who he really is.
Strengths: Never kills his opponent
Physical abilities:Incredibly fast, agile, strong swordsman and melee fighter, also proficient in handguns but prefers not to use them.
Lightning Abililties:has the ability to harness electricity and shape it into various weapons [Sword, lightning beam, lightning ball, and can cover his fists or legs in it as he punches and kicks],
Can also solidify electricity around him to create a shield - Demo in progress
Has a constant aura of electricity around him, the more he uses his other powers the wider the range and the more violent the aura becomes. - demo in progress
Mental ablilities: smart, very observant, can analyze the outcome of each movement he and his opponent can make
Extras: Gauntlets that increase his lighting abilities [allows him to use it more, faster, and without becoming as tired out], strong armor, Has a handgun but rarely uses it.
Weaknesses:
Stuck in the body of a child, not very physically strong, weaker at a long range [Such as against guns or other projectiles], degrading mental condition, doesn't fear death (This is both a strength and a weakness because intimidation doesn't work on him and he doesn't hesitate to rush headlong into battle),
If he uses his lightning abilities too much he will overload and lose complete control, immediately slipping into a coma as lighting surges through nearly every crevice within 20 feet (range varies depending on how hard he fights off the overload, there was an instance that he nearly destroyed an entire city because of this), This event tends to last for only a few seconds but leaves him vulnerable for hours afterwards.
Story:
Even Rogers was taken from his home planet, at the age of 8 years old, (Colonist family) by the Nova corporation. There he was experimented on, along with 23 others and each given a code name based off of the ancient greek alphabet. The purpose of the experiments was to create a small army of powerful soldiers to fight against the alien race known as the Ali'krai, and while the experiment was successful for all of the others, Even had a difficult time controlling his abilities.
After a few months of practice all of the subjects were given items that would boost their abilities, Even was given reinforced armor and a pair of gauntlets that would allow him to increase his powers while putting less strain on his body. This worked for a time but eventually he lost control entirely and was driven insane by the experiment, abilities, and enhancement gear all working together. He unconsciously went on a rampage and nearly destroyed the entire planet before his body shut down and he was sent into a coma.
The Director of the project insisted on having him placed in cryogenics, having become emotionally attached to each of his subjects. 180 years later Even is released from the cryo chamber, conscious for about half of the time he was frozen. Now that he is free he takes on the name Tau, since his life as Even Rogers is over. He Joined RHG in the hopes of finding someone capable of ending his endless struggles.
