Very easy... First start off with a 400x100 document... Then do a basic background.. Maybe just a line, like so.
Then just draw some sticks in wierd positions.. Make them look pretty dead.
That one head looks out of place, but it wont soon ;]
Ok now draw the stick that made all this shit hit the fan, and in this case theres one person left hes about to pwn. Also add anything else thats missing.. Details.. etc..
Now for blood and your username/name/whatever name. Not too hard, I just kind of splatter it with the brush.. Some fill color and paint bucket here and there.. And were done! File>Save as to save the .fla then File>Export Movie and save as an swf and use the swf tags in your sig. OR File>Export Image and save the .png
