So, you are Chinese? I'm guessing the government banned access to DA for the same reason they did it to YouTube, difficult to sensor or some BS. I don't think there is an easy way around that.

You could try some other art sites for CnC like conceptart.org. A lot of professionals there.

The fur and whiskers are very nicely done and the colors are very fitting for the mood of the painting too. You could have added some more detail to the eye and the nose though.

If you drew from a reference photo you should link the original photo for people to see and compare. Keep it up!
