This is not classified as a legit battle because of the huge gap in skill level. Surf, you should know his skill level before and yet you still challenged him.

You could have politely said "You need to improve a bit more before challenging people" and just because you turn down a battle doesn't mean they're too good or you're too good because I have in the past.
