About:
Sudz worked at a toxic chemical facility, handling new and unstable chemicals. One day he accidentally dropped one of the new chemicals and it spread all over the place. Thankfully he was wearing his protective suit so he was ok, the janitor however died. When he arrived home he tested out his new formula for the ultimate body soap. It fused with him and grant him powers to make bubbles that explode with some force into it. He used his powers to clean up the streets, and to fight crime. He joined the RHG so he can have new opponents to fight.

It looks wierd because it has no outline? There isn't any problems with the stick, not bad.

Thanks i got the inspiration for my RHG from head and shoulder shampoo.
@Cresent My first time seeing that guy. He is crazy good, i also found it weird how our stories were almost alike.
I'll do my best to give my RHG his own unique bubble style.
