Maybe it's taking a while to save all the stuff on the old portal and bringing it over here. Unless everyone would like to lose every single last one of their entries into the portal. (Or you saved ALL of your work, which is cool too.)

I suggest unless the question is directly for those specific admins, send your queries to the lower mods like me. We are a whole lot less busy. Not that we don't have things to do, but higher up the management chain they are up to their ears in work.

I've already messaged my two favorite mods Devour and Index about it, and they say its definitively an issue the higher ups have to discuss. Thank you though.
