Have you notice that many RHG these days had scarfs (including my RHG)?
How do you think these things starts this generation even RHGs with scarfs had started long ago?
What do you think?

I simply posted this thread because curiousity takes over my mind..

Okay, I explain it more. So scarfs had appeared many years ago in stickpage right? Then, months camed by, scarfs is dead for RHG.
But why did it revived again this month?

^aahh, i see. well, i'm not really sure of why this new wave of scarfed rhg's is pouring in but its probably because their initial interest in animation was somehow influenced by zetabrand :P

Actually scarfs are excessories that cover the necks and or mouth. Its not copyrighted to Zetabrand,anyone can use them,As Nhazul has said before he doesnt care who uses scarfs and who doesnt cause it doesnt bother him. Idk why when fascist fan-boys see RHGs with scarfs they automatically asume we're copying Zetabrand.

Zetabrand wasn't the first to do scarves, however Tentionmaru/Nhazul were certainly the first people to incorporate them in their stick animations back in 2004, when there were loads of different styles and everyone was coming up with their own ideas (it seems like common knowledge now - stick figure + scarf = great right? But back then there weren't as many people following this new mainstream terkoiz/hyun/tenzul style (I can't talk for shit here but whatever)); they don't mind people using their idea, but I haven't seen it done better by anyone, not even Terkoiz

not really some people do it through just wanting to. just because you use a scarf doesn't make you a wanna be it is just overused, however people could use more creative things like belts and headbands though.

I just dont use scarfs, it dosent suit my RHG

Abyssal uses scarves now and again, so I'm cool with them.

But, they are quite a basic way of adding originality. Biased as I am, I do feel a few extra knees are a better way.

My accessory is a cloak and I don't know if thats original or not. I saw some people drew it into their Rhg, but didn't animate it. am I wrong?

Its a fad that tention said himself, the 4 people (to my current knowledge) who first incorporated scarves into their RHG was nhazul, tention, klimaru, and Neon.
I distinctly remember nhaz saying the scarves are based off of anime.
though my situation is slightly different, since my RHG wears a sash, but people assume im just following the ZB trend, I do not; in fact, I came up with the idea of a sash shortly before discovering zetabrand or any scarved RHG's.

I guess scarves were just something to grab attention, or an experimental thing, i really dont know, but at the time i guess it was just something new to add to stickfigure animation, and most animators make their own original ideas (mostly i think to RHG, since it is a good place to do so) and if somebody else likes the idea, i guess they may re-create it into a new idea (This was how i got my RHG idea, i saw devil wings in RHG, and modifies the idea to something more feminine, and my rhg Rosie was born) I'm not 100% certain thats true, its just my thoughts and guesses...
