Is FMP good?

I have very fond memories of it, but I wouldn't trust my recommendation because it was one of the first anime I watched. It served as a very good introduction into anime and I think it's a great gateway drug. From memory I guess you could say that a fair bit of it is a tad cliche, but it never bothered me that much, I'd say the only thing that annoyed me was all the red herrings they throw out there for one particular character.

I do think it's worth a watch, or at least watch the first season and make a judgement call (the second season is an improvement in nearly every way seeing a KyoAni took over), but I really want another season because of nostalgia and the fact that it just didn't feel like it ended.

Really, really good is an overstatement. The first half of Durarara is excellent, but I wouldn't call it... you know, really, really good. Maybe like really good, not really^2 good.

Buuuuuut, I suggest you get onto 5 anime wallpapers a second, The Garden of Words, and maybe even Hal.

It was meant as a joke, but now that I think about it the show would be really good if they were the protagonists. Inaho would be the emotionless 'is he a ally or a enemy' that is shrouded in mystery, Slaine would be the loyal knight trying to do what's right in the cluster fuck that is internal politics, and the Princess and Rayet would be juxtaposed because they were both betrayed but have very different outlooks because of it... I want my remake!

But seriously, I think Inaho is being developed, I don't particularly like it, and I think it's way to subtle, but I think it's there. But I do want my explanation of why he's so deadpan and indifferent about being conscripted. As for Slaine... All the Martians didn't get enough screen time...

Stop projecting your hopes and dreams onto a show. And no I don't necessarily disagree with you but I'm coming from a perspective that's seen the whole show, there isn't a way that I can discuss this that won't spoil things for you. As for recommendations, I gave you three (they aren't like Toradora though).

my feels yes. I know I delayed it for so long but I found the time to read it all in one seating. Truly one of the best manhuas, a bit too sugary for me and it's not like the plot has never been done before. But yeah I love the story

There's a difference between censoring via darkening shit so you can't see anything or making everything monochrome so blood looks like water, and censoring where it really doesn't make much of a difference either way and still provides some benefits on the flip side.

Not really, in what way does showing a terribly placed lens flare do to take away from a story? What does darkening do to take away from the story? The only thing I can come up with is that it pulls you out of the story because it's unrealistic and just looks plain terrible, and the very same thing goes for fluro pink blood. Both forms are silly, both look bad, both actually make no difference to the story, so they should both take away from your enjoyment of a show.

It's a short and sweet romantic drama, at first everything looks rather cliche and standard, but the story is paced very well though maybe a little rushed at the end, the characters get enough development to bring them out of being standard archetypes, the art is very nice to look at, and the comedy hits the mark more often then not, the drama is enough to bring you in but is never overly melodramatic, and is generally just a very easy anime to watch. It's just very nice. Much like Toradora.

Well I've never watched the Dangan Ronpa anime itself, but it does appear in the games too, but it's never bothered me. The pink blood makes the scene look more vibrant and noticeable and pops out, as opposed to dark water or some shit, which really just looks like the victim just wet himself or something. Yes, both take me out of the story, but each take me out by varying degrees. The pink blood is no where near as bad as the censorship I saw in Tokyo Ghoul.

This might fit better within the realm of the game though since it's mostly still images.

Its not like the Summer season was full of masterpieces. I mean there was Terror in Resonance, Barakamon, and kind of sort of Akame ga Kill. Everything else was kind of meh. Then again, you watched more shit than I did so maybe something's wrong with you


I might drop Toradora just because I don't want to see it end like that. I won't say it's bad, I'd still recommend it to people, but I think I kind of lost a lot of motivation to watch it and I have a lot of other things I want to finish/start.
