I don't really watch anime at all anymore. However I decided to watch Clannad and let me tell you that is one melodramatic show. Wasn't too bad though.

Dango Daikazoku is all I have to say to you sir.

Ah yeah I watched that. I thought the ending was kind of cheating though.

Hahaha true that. But it also gave my vagina the happy ended that it needed so badly. The whole parallel worlds, orbs, and miracles did fit pretty well even if it feel like a bit of a 'and then I woke up' ending.

With out that ending, i dont i would i stop crying.....EVER.

I... disagree. Although I like the concept of a privately owned prison with inmates that have to fight and compete to stay alive, thats about the only thing I like from the series. At the end of the day all this series is, is a shounen masked with blood and violence in the attempt that it's 'cool' factor would distract people from the boring characters and dodgy story. (He should never have been convicted, the windows were blown inwards and there would be no evidence to prove that he was able to kill an entire class.)

@Drone - Is Kokoro Connect actually worth a watch? It sounds interesting, but 'school drama' is a bit of a warning bell for me.

Because its the Sacred Thread? Nuh uh.

Whats so bad about asking for someones opinion? I'm not going to blindly follow what others recommend but I see no problem with using someone else's experience with the show and factoring it into my own opinion before watching. That said, Kokoro Connect is something I have been considering for about a week, and it does interest me, but I can see it having potential to nose dive. I was asking for an opinion knowing it was only an opinion, and the most it could effect me would be if I watch it today or when I have time to kill.
