I like pivot the best. It's free, and it's easy to move the figures around.

I know but both Pivot versions are buggy.
Still it's perfect for animating :)

Flash is for lazy assholes. I whittle away my hours squandering my time in paint making 4,000 images to be put into pivot.

I've been animating with Flash like for 8 months and it is easy to animate and when I open Pivot I can't animate a shit, so...

Flash wins.
