I had been using photoshop for most of my drawing life, just now had to switch to Sai and its so different.

Haha I'm the exact opposite, I've been using Sai for forever and I've only used Photoshop for text and some effects, hopefully the new digital drawing class I'm going to take helps me get an inside look at Photoshop as well. If you'd like, I can start up a livestream real quick and show you a couple things in Sai.

What I want: I want a colored pic but not fullbody. Id like my character standing in the chem-lab pulling the bandage of his eye like Kakashi.
BG (Background): A abandoned chem-lab

EDIT:Btw the hidden eye is purple and in the shape of a hourglass and the normal eye is green and in the shape of a triangle.

I want a flag for my clan, with our logo in the middle. And a green to blue color as fill color. And 6 stars anywhere on it.
BG (not flag): A mountain... With snow, and a city far back.
Effects: some sparkles, sunshine. Green energy for the flag stick.
Anyone can make this.
And, make it a PNG and NOT square.
