Glowstick, art takes an exceedingly amount of time for it to be done. It's impossible for it to be done within a week. It needs time and consideration for art to finish. Not trying to get on you or anything, but you (and 12city) just need to be patient. Impatience can be your downfall, including 12city.

You don't see me complaining every day about my order (that's because my order might kill one of the artists for it indescribable details >.>). I'm still keeping it cool, and remind them once every two or five weeks.

This policy is in effect now because as shen had said, this is a FREE service shop, when we make you pay cash, then you have the right to complain, but you don't, because we aren't charging. The artists have lives, that don't revolve around this shop.

Xero, you should have been able to do that in the first place, but at least you can now.

I thought it was a common sense thing so I didn't bother with it, but now I see I had to make it an official thing for everyone to get the message.
