I'm sorry if this question has already been asked and answered but is there a way to convert your swf files to be able to show them on youtube? If anyone could tell me how or give me a link I would really appreciate it.

You can export to avi or something similar, but it will lag alot (especially if it's long).

I found this tutorial a long time ago, it's really long and extensive, but gives you a good quality SWF conversion process for free.

You can convert swf to mp4 freely with freeware Handbrake, or by free web-based service YouConvertIt.
Personally, I use the tool to convert flash to mp4.
