I live in Texas, but I didn't see the blue lights or notice anything weird with the power (*cough* back on topic *cough*). I mean, I do believe that life outside of Earth is possible, since the universe is so vast, but I didn't see anything... Of course, I don't know what part of Texas you live in, but whatever.
