I think you can choreograph moves very well, but you still need to get the hang of the basics (easing, fluidity, etc, etc, manythingsyouvealreadyreadonthisforumbefore) A lot of your problems (I think) can be ironed out once you get the hang of drawing most of your frames instead of using free-transform and the selection tool.
Also, you made the combo too fast for one to be able to judge each move individually.
Btw, here's a tip. Get on to deviantart, and search for some of your favourite animators and look through their animations for a simple animation with a plain background. Once you've selected what you want, look to the right of the animation and you should find a link that says something along the lines of "Download this file" right click on that link and select "save link as"(This is on google chrome, on different browsers it'll say different things) Once you've downloaded the file open up flash, create a new document and then import the downloaded file.
You should now have the whole animation in one layer. Now go through the frames very slowly and observe the spacing style, poses, effects, etc. You'll be able to learn a thing or two.
