So yeah I saw Kizunamis Bloom effect tutorial on stick page and was " oh I gotta try that!" and after watching an illustration by Kensei with awesome clouds I was like " oh I gotta try that too!" lol
and now you see the result
note: it was just a practice! of course the stick man is poorly drawn and of course I didn't put much effort into it, except for the clouds
