This first one was my first attempt a while back and SOME FREAKIN HOW it came out much better then the more recent version i will show you.

CnC on this one....god i hate myself for the first one lookin better

This one is the one I made recently and I honesly havent praticed running to much but after this I realized...I should. CnC heavily as much as you can on this one as well as the first one.

You have a sense of the poses for running, which is good.

What you have to work on, is to keep the transitions smooth, which mainly include the arm, and leg movements. Don't forget he ain't running straight, you have to make him bounce a bit. (:

Ok thanks alot, should i focus on the torso part of the transitions? The arms i must take care its just that adding the in between frames kinda messes it up at first when i notice a small gap or a too fast transition. But anyway ill keep going.

More CnC if anyone got more advice
