theres a lot of unused space in that pic..
also, the lighting on the hair looks a bit unnatural compared to how the shading is
other than that, pretty good job :D

give the hair some proportion, it doesn't look like alot of it.
you should also try straightening your lines as they're very bumpy, but it's a good try for a start :)
