I prefer the 2nd, you need to add some shadows to the 1st, add a sun or some clounds and remove the black (no, it isn't racism) lines.

View Profile in the 3rd background i reccomend you to add windows and 3D to buildings, and add a futuristic background to 4th BG :)

Pay more attention to your light sources when you are coloring, and use plenty of detail in areas that need it.
