The leg anatomy is the main problem. it doesn't match up with the hips, they separate too early, making them look small.
they're also very skinny, not proportional with the torso.
it's a nice pic though, good draw :)

You could change up his posture a bit so it's a little more heart warming, it's really nice but I mean if you remove the flowers in his left hand it looks as though his anticipating a punch XD "Love you mooom" "Pooow" lol
