Just found this game on the fun-motion forums, it is really awesome, reminds me alot of an advanced version of falling sand.
It has liquids, rigids, soft body, pyro, and alot of other physics ingame.
Here is the youtube video, watch it all, really cool, even though the person demoing it doesn't use the shader option (makes it looks ALOT sexier! proper transparency etc)

You can do stuff like import an image, have it spawn as a softbody/breakable rigid/liquid, very inventive stuff to be made.
Can't wait till there are mods for this like falling sand (if it's possible, I'm not sure)

Have fun, post some screenshots if you make anything cool, or something that looks cool.

Elements:
Delete - Removes elements
Water - Simple H20. Can be mixed with other objects but with no reaction (apart from fire, which will turn it into gas.)
Wall - A non gravity affected solid element (solid that cannot be moved)
Rigid - A gravity affected solid element (solid which can be moved)
Spring - A bouncy, flexible element to be attached to other solid elements
Elastic - A stretchy substance that is half-solid (liquids can pass through if forced, and it can also be liquified with fire)
Brittle - A solid, easy to break into pieces.
Rigid axis - Same as rigid, but suspended on an axis (it can spin)
Mochi - It is sticky and waterproof.
Rice - Normal rice, it is easy to break.
Powder - Flammable soft substance, good for making grenades.
Gas - Floats and gets cut into smaller pieces. Cannot be destroyed with other elements except outflow
Viscous - Think of custard, you have viscous
Tensile - A blob material that sucks itself together slowly (Terminator?)
Dense - Dense water
Light - Light water
Fuel - Solid burnable fuel
Fire - Fire
Heater - Heats water into gas
Cooler - Cools gas into water
Inflow - Makes water (May be able to make other elements, noone knows)
Outflow - Sucks in elements
Jet - Reacts with many elements to create thrust
Snow -Different coloured water.

Pause - pauses game
Gravity - toggles gravity
Drain - toggles whether stuff should fall through the bottom or sides of the game.
Pouring - toggles pouring water
Splash - toggles water splash effect
Bubble - toggles water bubble effect
Hairline - makes element creation brush tool thinner
Clear - removes all elements

Graphics:
Style - Changes the style of the game. Choose a simpler option to increase speed
Load... - lets you set your own texture for different effects.

Also if you press Shift+(letter goes here), you can turn the poured substance from the top of the screen into other elements, for exameple Shift+F creates liquid fuel.

Experiment and have fun.

It's like falling sand with prettier GFX and less reactions.

lol.

But anyways, it looks pretty cool. I've played those falling sand games to death so I'm probably not going to end up downloading it, but it definitely looks like a good way to keep yourself occupied.

It won't run, it just says it doesn't have what it needs to run or something. Screw it.
