If everything will go as I think, maybe we'll be able to get everyone as main characters

How can you get everyone as main characters? Using parallel stories (cause make all the pieces fit in a single adventure seemed to me a suicide) I've not been able to use more than ten characters as main ones.

I'm planning to make many ten-minutes length parts, but it depends on how much well and fast we can make one
