You can study more about human faces,Anatomy, etc etc.
The first drawing had eyebrows too close to the eyes which isn't real in reality. The nose is too flat. And the hair is unrealistic.
Maybe you can make hair by drawing them on each strand.
The second drawing has the same issues with the hair. The thumb is kinda too fat.
But they are great drawings,

Hey Rade, I like your pictures, I think the hair is too dominating for you second picture, it makes the head look really small in comparison. The mic is a bit high, and looks like it's on another layer (if it were on the computer), so it's closer to the viewer then the rest of it (I don't even know if that makes sense). With the first on the hair is a bit much, it makes the neck look really long to me. The nose reminds me of Avatar, maybe work on making it more three dimensional.

Anyway, sick work man.

Any time man, I'll be watching out for some more of your work in the future, I'm guessing your DA is Rade.deviantart.com? Or what?

Try shading the part of her hair thats supposed to be yellow light than the part thats supposed to be orange. I don't know if it will help but I like to outline hair before I draw it. That way I can see what looks better or more real. Then I go back and shade and all that fun stuff.

hmm..
rade, when you draw, you start off from one part and then move on to the next part of the dawing upon the completion of the first part, dont you?
well, if you do that, maybe you should try to focus more on the general shape rather than the details

you see, in the first drawing, the face in the actual picture is kinda like an oval right?
but in your drawing, the general shape of the face is closer to a triangle rather than an oval.

so... I think if you try to focus on getting the general shape right, things would start to look better

well other than that, you just have to keep practicing to get better.
