Hey guys...clearly I'm new here. I heard alot about something called a v-cam can anyone fill me in on what it is and how it works. (Geez I'm such a nub)

Basically, copy and past the v-cam MC to your animation/game, resize it to your stage, and wherever you move it, the screen shows what's in the cam.
