It appears to be a writing RHG site. There is quite a bit of content behind the scenes, all of which seems hand-written. Also a somewhat old forum is attached, however the site was updated very recently and shows signs of life.

I say it's an awesome catch for a random account.

Oh, you're right. Nice eye, however the site is on a webhost and there are tons of other pages attached with fully functional codes. This is interesting.

I'm sure he has all the content that he put up there backed up, but you're still a terrible person for trying to sabotage the poor guy.
