I feel like they are pretty good without useing a pad, but would a pad make them look better? Anyway, is it possible for me to use a ipad as one?

Ipad isn't what they use.More likely,It's called Graphics tablet.A graphics tablet is-- go search for google,I'm too tired to explain.

Are you located on Surigao City, Saint Paul University Surigao, Science Class? Just asking... And no iPad is a PC tablet and you need a graphics tablet to animate.

They say it's about 100 USD for a Wacom Bamboo tablet pen and touch.I don't have a graphics tablet so I can't really give you the right info.

I got a cheap but good one for 50 USD on Amazon.com
