Let me tell you a story...
There was once a boy who idolized Zinx3rd and loved his anims and referenced to them for inspiration and and a reason to animate... eventually after becoming more direct the boy talked to zinx3rd in a very idolizing manner but was ignored on several occasions... eventually Zinx3rd could no longer ignore the boy and started talking to him a little only to get a desperate cry for mentoring... Zinx3rd rejected this boy's wish and broke his heart by only telling him the he wasn't good enough... the boy thought about the meaning of this statement for a long while... almost a year later through training the boy finally became more independent and more respectful of his fellow animators...
Eventually this boy revisited Zinx3rd but not in the way he did before...
He was very humble towards his limitations and very respectful to his idols... this pleased Zinx3rd...
But seeing the boy still had issues in what he had a passion for Zinx took it upon him to mentor him...

To this day the boy knows it's better to just let shit happen rather than beg for it...
Yeah I'm guessing you're smart enough to know who this boy is...
