This picture lacks any artistic ability at all, theyre just stickfigures standing in strange positions, theres no detail, shading, or effort.

You need to work on stick construction, make guide lines to ensure the legs and bodies are all at even levels.
I can't honestly find anything good about this picture, because it's a little too bland and basic, nothing very creative about it.
The effects also need a lot of work, they don't look like they're supposed to look like.
Also, as Kizunami said, it's just a bunch of stick-figures, and the poses are all distorted.

It needs work.

A LOT of work.
