Nice, but doing something a bit simpler will make it so you can get improvement while making time.
What I mean is if you make something that's a little bit more sketched out, you can save yourself time while still improving.
Where as this is more practice towards finishing up a scene,
And can be put off until later when all the basics are polished out.
Critique:
His ear turns too far on the head tilt.
As well, the rest of the head visibly has trouble following the front of the face and jaw, thus stretching.
His left eye(right eye from our perspective) doesn't move with the skull when he turns
I do say though, I like that hair.
