K.
Many of you may say:
Quote from YOU!

Desert Eagle? Who the **** is that? He can never be good enough to make a tutorial!

That may be right.
So I won't make a movement tut.

I saw a lot of animations wich had guns included, and wich were really good at all.But they often have a mistake: The guns are way to big and the stickmen carry'em absolutely wrong.
STAY TUNED,HELP IS IN IT'S WAY!
Typical mistake:
Image
Thats just wrong. Imagine yourself carrying a gun. That would not look like that.If it would, you'd be spaz or something.
Why do you think there's that stock?
It's there for pressing it against your shoulder!
But make sure the gun is in the correct size.
So now I've dot three good (or at least better) ways of holding a gun.
Plz notice that I highlited the gun, that's not the colour you should use for it in an anim!

1.Image
This is not my favourite, coz it still doesn't look realistic enough in my eyes. I used to use it, but i got rid of it.
2.Image
This is the one I used very long, coz it seems okay, it is at least kinda physically correct.
3.Image
That's the way I use now.I think it's the best one, cause it looks like a pro carries the gun. It's not perfect in the picture, his left hand should touch the trigger.

I'd always recommend the third one, but choose yourself.

And remember, black guns look best. If the man carrying it is black, you dont need to mind about place it Front or Back.
But If he's coloured,it's better placing it Back.

Thats it now.

Yeah, even the good example didn't look like proper gun holding.

He should be holding the muzzle of the gun with the back arm, and the front arm should be on the trigger. (I can't tell whether he is from the example, because it's too small.) The elbow will never be all the way back like that, unless he's sniping with it. Make the front/back arm a separate stick as well, for layering purposes.

hmmh...
i dont see any use to this.
i carry guns how i like.
shooting shotgun how i want etc.
people can shoot guns anyway that you can,but i can be painful.
your tut shows how to make sticks shoot like that "kick" whaty comes from gun wont hurt.
shooting without pain tut would be better name :p
but anyway, this can be useful to someones.
