Yeah, folks, you read right.
I'm going to quit Pivoting.

I just feel that it isn't taking me anywhere I want to go, so I'm going to move on to more professional animation programs.
I doubt I'll do any Flash or Easytoon, so you probably won't be seeing me around this forum anymore.
At least, after this thread is over.
So I guess this is my official goodbye thread/animation.

Anyway, here is my last work. I was inspired by Bonk's avatar and made a neat stk with tons of joints.
I sorta liked animating with him because he added a bunch of smooth corners to the joint setup.
Enjoy:

Ahh. Though you're the best of the Pivoteers. It's a shame.

And I don't see why do you have to leave completely. Look at me, I don't animate and still I'm here.

The animation is nicely done, I don't have anything to comment on.

Yes, Maya more than likely.
That and a texturing program, I haven't picked out yet.

EDIT:
Many thanks Mantha.
I'll reply to you on MSN.

you could also stay with pivot so you dont get too rusty. then if theres a 3d movement in maya or something you dont know how to do, you can have a look at one of your pivot anims (this is me trying my best to persuade you not to leave :P)

Hm, well my animating skills are kept in my head. Most 3-D animation isn't like pivot at all, so Pivot never really helped me much.

Damn! Kinda sad , but still its your choice. So good luck. are you gonna be using 3ds Max by any chance? So anyway goodbye. Still you could do pivot like more of a hobby thing.

Probably not.
I'll have to stick with one program in order to learn it backwards and forewards. I want to get a job in this area.
