Thanks for all the tips! I'll start using the brush IMMEDIATELY. It was frustrating have to stop coloring to connect lines (one of the reasons I stop most animations).

I have been sketching out the frames first. I normally sketch in one layer and "pencil" in another once I finish sketching.

I'll start making simple drawings first to get a better grasp of flow and positioning too.

Thanks a lot for the advice. And no problem about the post. I WORK at 3a.m so I know the feeling.
