Wtf is there a thread at every section that says:test thread for tic toc topic?

the first time i entered here(as guest) i clicked and said "you have folowed an invalid link.

whats up with that?

It's obviously *gasp* a test thread used for testing something of some sorts.

Basically what miniman said, just ignore it, it's not gonna go away any time soon.
