Hello , I have no clue of how to make a pivot guy jump , I can make him crouch but I really have no clue of how should I ease and animate jumping.
Please , help me.

look at videos of people jumping

the initial push of the jump will propel your guy high up
the easing's mainly him floating in the air for a couple frames or so

might make a shitty example hold on

Can you just post the link of the animation?
I'm just no-good begginer , I can't learn it without tutorials.

When you jump you go fast then slow down then when your coming down you go down faster then you would go up but instead you don't slow down physic my boy.

This is a pretty poor example because he bends his knees too quickly after take-off and he's waaay too loose, but it was the one I had two clicks away. Enjoy.

It's WAY too stiff. But, keep practicing, it's not awful. You're not going to read a tutorial and be able to make a flawless jump the first time. It takes a lot (repeat: A LOT) of practice.

Add more momentum: Make his knees bend further and make him go higher upon release. When he bends his knees, his arms go back and his body bends down forward a little.

i agree with Animage, also i think when he is geting ready for the jump is a bit to smooth due that how high he is geting up, i also think there could been a bit more force to the jump.

but, anyways, you did a good job tho :)
keep practice!

You need to bend his legs more as he comes down and exaggerate that movement you need to move the main pivot point (the orange dot) down as he bends his legs so his whole body goes down with it, your on the right track here though. You don't suck at this, it comes with patience and practice.
Try moving all of the joints slightly, it helps the animation flow and make the character more realistic.
You have the right idea with the gravity.
