Look,I think they will not go to a super earth but instead live in space.they wil make like this maze to connect to pplz homes and have tubes connecting to a. Super earths fresh water resources

Tubes?!?! do you know how far planets are from each other...we would need to mine a whole planet for enough tubing and plus planets have different orbits around their own star...it would be impossible for something like that...but at least your thinking and thats a start

there are a lot of galaxys, stars, planets out there, and even a lot of earth like planets, actually in fact we have recently(around the 2, 3 last year) found at last 2 earth like planets which could very well have water on them, maybe even lives, one of them is called kepler 22b

they still don't know if it have water on it or not .

But if you anything about astronomy you should know that in the universe there is alot of elements floating around from the big bang and type II supernovae...So its not hard to believe that there is liquid water...your just not thinking logically...Plus if you use the Drake equation you can make the equation to have only one planet with intelligent life or you can make it to 700 or more or less...but never to less its very possible to have life out side our own solar system
