Well hey everybody of course I'm new here and just wanted to say I looked a stickpage for like a month now and today I finally decided I would make my own account just need a little bit of help like Wat program I should I use, where can i get sound effects and other stuff like that. But anyway everyone that animates inspired me to join

Hey brew! Welcome to the forum, I hope you had a wee look at the rules, and that you enjoy your stay at the forum. As for programs, you will find most animators will use adobe flash. This is a paid package, you can download a free trial. You can get freeware programs such as pivot, easytoon, pencil.
For free sounds, you can just google free sounds.
