Nice nice, Looks smooth. To me it looks like you need make the first kick a more forceful one by adding more of a thrust to it.

I don't see whats so great about getting a higher frame rate. To me it looks fine in my 22 fps. Either way, nicely done animation.

neo the higher the frame the smother animation. 30 is possibly the smoothest i can animate with but its harder to use.so im sticking with 24 fps

Theres really no easing, your construction isnt very realistic, and its kinda stiff... make ur stick a bit more flexible to get a better feeling of smoothness anyway its ok
