I studied his page thoroughly before asking. It says he will punish those both good and bad who are in rhg and fight and kill for their own gain. Perhaps I should've used "antagonist" instead of "villian". I wouldn't ask to make him a blatant villian if it contradicted his story. Just leave the plot up to me ok? He's perfect purely because of his powers of necromancy and the fact that he's guarding a valuable artifact that some rhgs "wink wink" would love to get their hands on, which may lead to a conflict.
