KidKei's Youtube Stick Animation Tutorials consists of many mass lessons. Lesson 1 is for beginners and we'll go up from there. This is a much simpler way to make everyone happy and not wonder who is mentoring them or when they need to get on to meet. Mass lessons will be taught by my and anyone else who wants to help. I am the mentor, and the mentees are anyone who needs helps animating. Love you all who signed up to be a mentor, thank you for your help! <3

It depends, there are animators that can animate with a mouse pretty well, but tablet gives you way more control, especially if you are good at drawing. I'd say tablet, but if that's out of your budget, mouse and/or line tool is fine as well.

Terkoiz/Phil animated with mouse. I never knew that until recently.
So like Zaix said, it depends on the person's personal preference.
