So what you're saying that any power hitting him will have no effect, but make his tentacles grow? How does he confuse enemies? Giant holes that'll lead the opponent to another universe? His only weakness is wedgies? So, overall he's pretty indestructible unless he is given a simple wedgie, and he does this to everyone until he's the last one standing since he hates stick people, considering that he's a stick figure also. One thing to say about your RHG: Overpowered.
