Welcome to stickpage Hokage! To answer above question, its pretty simple.

First, if you haven't done so already, take a piece of paper and write down ideas for a character, draw what you want him/her to look like, weapon ideas, etc. until you're satisfied with the character you've created.

Then, after getting all of the information on your character in order, create a picture of your RHG (150x150 in size, no more or less) in flash or in some other art program. Create an animation demo showcasing your RHG's powers and anything else you'll want your competitors to know.
