Powers: Cartoon weapons (able to summon up a hammer and a old fashion bomb out of thin air)
Fisticuffs (can't do that flashy super fast punch stuff, but he can still pack a PUNCH) I crack myself up sometimes :3
Able to strech body to incredible distances
Weaknesses: Very easy to out-maneuver, can't do super flashy things (i.e. flash jumps, and flurry punches)
Story: Papa Mallo was one of the first ever stickmen animations to ever exsist; back when T.V was black and white. But once T.V went to color his ratings went down, especialy because of everyone wanting to watch RHG instead. After his show crashed he was thrown out on the streets, and demanded compensation for his loss, by getting rid of all other stickmen shows. Mainly RHG!!!!!!!
