I don't think there is a tutorial on angles. You just have to learn them yourself.
tbh they're pretty easy though.

If you want true 3D, I'd use Maya. But assuming that you mean just in flash, apart from manually thinking how the stick figure would look from an alternate angle (which isn't that hard), the 3D rotation tool may or may not come in handy for a few things.

Like Alpha and Drone said it's not too hard to just imagine how they'd look from different angles.

Learn them by myself?.....hmmm ill try... Also the program, Maya....yea i already saw that but i rarely use it for animations......and thanks for the link, jdogg!!! ^_^
