you might try bluring the sphere a little more. right now the lighting stops short! therefore giving the appearance of a round flatter object.

yeah i know
i tried to give the sphere a 3D colour so that the light would correspond to the 3D coloured sphere but
damn that was difficult.. any tips..??
also yes the lighting is short and i will make it more wide later..

It's not really 3d, just a reflection of light. Blur it a bit, ease it too...

well, the reflection of light itself gives it a 3d look [kind of illusion or something]
