do u use a vcam? this seems like it zooms in...

yeah, I use a v-cam.

ok that makes much more sense...u might want to try and ease ur vcam a lot more and also try to add some more anticipation to the hits... besides that it was pretty good...cool idea and pretty action packed :D keep it up and practice practice practice

dont try too hard at the drawing of the stickman since your new, just try to animate him well. the triangular feet was a type of stick construction i guess but dont do it if you have to go out of your way to draw some big feet. Also make the head a symbol by selecting it and then clicking f8 and then making it a movie clip so you wont have to redraw it every time.
Learn the basics like easing n stuff.

The vcam was crazy shaky also, tween it or just dont use it for now
