Can alter any form of water, including ice, liquid water, and water vapor. He can move it, freeze it, melt it, or evaporate it with his mind. Almost like telekinesis. He can also manipulate anything wet.
- Weaknesses:
His water and water vapor are not useful in 90% of the circumstances he gets put into. Also, he is especially vulnerable to fire or heat. For example, in a hot environment, his powers are less strong.
- About/Story:
One day, Austin Qualers was coming home from school(when he was 11 years old) with a glass of water in his hand. He was riding his skateboard, and when he ran over a bump, he spilled his water all over himself, distracting him and causing him to fall off his skateboard into a nearby lake. No one had been around at the time of the accident, and nobody saw him since. Everyone eventually gave up on the conclusion that he drowned, not being able to swim. But 10 years later, he returned, showing new adaptations gained from surviving in the deepest lake in the country. Now, 21 years old, this gladiator uses his powers as self defense or in times of crisis.
